  Apricots, honeydew, and peach on the nose. Crisp with a twist of lime and ginger on the palate, this light and fresh wine from one of Australia's highest growing regions (Orange) will delight!

• Vau Ligneau Chablis Premier Cru 2018 - 13% Chablis, France

  The perfect balance of rich, powerful flavours blended with finesse. Fresh and crisp on the nose, with gourmet fruits on the palate and a long, mineral finish. A dream served with shell fish!

REDS:

• Cline Cellars Old Vine Zinfandel - 14.5% Sonoma, USA (VE)

  Black cherries, ripe strawberries, warm spices...the nose follows through to a dark rich palate of stewed berry fruits, and those evocative christmas spices star anise and clove. Serve with big flavoured roasted meats, or crispy smoked hoisin tofu.

• Chateau Montaiguillon 2021 - 13.5% Montagne-St-Emillion, France

  This wine shows concentrated blackberry, cassis and spiced plum fruit, but a distinct fresh red fruit character as well, giving amazing freshness.

ROSE:

• Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Rosé 2023 - 12.5% Sancerre, France (VE)

  A 100% Pinot Noir Rosé, this embodies the uncompromising and vibrant style of wines from this appellation. Finely nuanced on the nose marrying floral and spicy notes, following on to a palate of tangerine, wild strawberries and a deliciously fresh finish. A gem on it's own as an aperitif, or paired wonderfully with light starters.

  
  

SPARKLING:

• Gardet Tradition Brut - 12% Champagne, France (VE)

  The nose is assertive and open with notes of chalk, fruit and toast. On the palate it is expressive, with white stone fruit and a dominant freshness. A fine minerality is present on the finish, with a good balance between aromas, taste and length. Absolutely perfect on its own, but pairs very well with light starters, or indeed a brunch.
